How Buzzpilot Works

You are on this page because you want to know what actually happens if you work with BuzzPilot.

That is fair. Most agencies do not explain their process until you are already on a call. By that point, you are sitting through a sales pitch you did not ask for.

This page explains exactly what happens before, during, and after working with BuzzPilot.

No surprises. No pressure.

What Happens Before the Call

When you book a strategy session, a few things happen immediately.

You will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and a calendar invite. That email includes a short form asking about your business, your current marketing, and what is not working.

This is not to qualify you out.
It is so we can prepare properly.

Before the call, we review your website, ad accounts, and tracking setup if they exist. We are specifically looking for wasted spend, broken attribution, and bottlenecks that commonly cost service businesses money without them realising it.

This means we do not spend the call asking you to explain the basics.
We spend it talking about what actually matters.

There is no obligation attached to booking a call. If you decide it is not for you, that is fine. You will not receive follow up calls or pressure emails.

Strategy Session.

When We Are Not a Fit

BuzzPilot is usually not a good fit if:

❌You are looking for the cheapest leads possible regardless of quality
❌You do not have the capacity to handle more enquiries
❌You want to test ads without setting up proper tracking
❌You are not prepared to change things that are not working

❌If that is the case, we will say so directly. It saves both sides time.

What Happens in the First 30 Days
If You Proceed

If you decide to move forward, we start with setup, not campaigns.

The first step is getting access to your existing systems. This usually includes your website, ad accounts, analytics, and any CRM or booking software you use. You remain the owner of all accounts. We request access as a manager or collaborator. If you do not have these set up, we will create them under your name. You have full ownership from day one.
Next, we install tracking. This means setting up the right conversion events so we can measure what actually matters.
For most service businesses, that is phone calls and form submissions.
If there are issues with your website or setup that will affect results, we flag them early. Sometimes we can fix them directly.
Sometimes they need a developer. Either way, you will know before budget is spent.
Once tracking is confirmed, we build campaigns. This includes targeting, ad copy, creative, and landing pages if needed.
We do not rush this stage. Campaigns built properly from the start outperform campaigns that are patched together later. By the end of the first 30 days, one of three things is true.

We see early signals the system can scale
We identify specific issues that need fixing before scaling
We determine the channel is not viable and stop before more budget is wasted

This checkpoint exists to protect your time and money.

Ongoing Management and Reporting

  • Once campaigns are live, we manage them on an ongoing basis.

  • This includes monitoring performance, adjusting targeting, testing new creative, and making changes based on what is actually working.

  • We do not change things for the sake of activity. If something is performing, we leave it alone. If something is not, we investigate before acting.

  • You will receive regular updates. These are not long reports full of vanity metrics. They are clear summaries explaining what is happening, what is working, and what we are doing next.

  • If something significant happens, good or bad, you will hear about it. You will not need to chase us for answers.

  • We do not lock clients into long contracts. If you want to pause or stop, you can. We hand over everything we have built, including accounts, creative, and data, because it was always yours.

  • Our goal is to make you less dependent on us over time, not more.

When Clients Usually Scale
or Stop

Not every engagement lasts forever. That is normal.

Scale

Some clients scale. Once the system is working and generating consistent leads, they increase budgets, expand coverage, and build on what is already performing.

Maintain

Some clients maintain. They reach capacity and do not need more leads. They just need the system to keep working reliably.

Stop

Some clients stop. Their business changes. They bring marketing in house. They shift focus. When that happens, we wrap things up properly. Stopping is allowed. We are not trying to trap you.

If you move on, we provide a handover explaining how everything is set up. You keep access to all accounts, creative, and data. If you hire someone else later, they can pick up where we left off.

No penalties. No locked accounts. No surprises.

Ready to Have a Conversation

If you run a service business and want a clear answer on whether your current marketing is wasting money, what would realistically improve results, and whether BuzzPilot is the right partner, you can book a strategy session.

No pitch. No pressure. Just a clear conversation.
