They deliver six core support categories:

✅ Domestic Assistance,
✅ Short-term Accommodation and Respite Care,
✅ Shared Living, and
✅ Therapeutic Supports.

Adults and Young People with Physical,
Intellectual, and Psychosocial Disabilities.

A provider with genuine local reach across one of the highest NDIS participant density areas in NSW.
But their website wasn’t showing it.

The Problem

Ozzy Support Mates had a website. It wasn’t working.

The existing site didn’t clearly explain what services they delivered. It didn’t target the Southwest Sydney suburbs where their participants live. It had no dedicated referral pathway for support coordinators. Compliance pages were missing or incomplete. The design didn’t work properly on mobile. The site didn’t reflect the quality of the support they actually provide.

In Southwest Sydney, coordinators have dozens of providers to choose from. They search Google by service type and suburb. They open 3-5 results. They scan each site in under 30 seconds. A provider whose website doesn’t answer their questions immediately loses the referral to one whose site does. To understand how coordinators actually choose providers, read this breakdown.

Ozzy Support Mates had the registration, the team, and the coverage. Their website was the bottleneck. Coordinators across Campbelltown, Bankstown, and Fairfield couldn’t verify what they delivered, couldn’t see which suburbs they covered, and had no easy way to refer.

What We Built

We rebuilt the entire website from the ground up. New design, new structure, new content. Every page built to answer the questions coordinators and families ask before they refer or make contact.

Full Website Redesign

Clean, professional design that communicates NDIS credibility from first visit.
Clear navigation: Home, About Us, Our Services, Contact Us, Make a Referral. Every page serves a purpose.
Nothing unnecessary.

Individual Service Pages

Each of the six support categories has its own dedicated page with clear descriptions of what the service covers, who it helps, and how it works in practice:

✅Community Access and Recreational Activities
✅ Assistance with Self-Care at Home,
✅ Domestic Assistance,
✅ Short-term Accommodation and Respite Care,
✅ Shared Living, and
✅ Therapeutic Supports.

Coordinators can verify exactly which services Ozzy Support Mates delivers without making a phone call. Each page targets the search queries coordinators use when looking for that specific service in Southwest Sydney. For a full guide on what every NDIS provider website should include, read this.

"Make a Referral" Coordinator Pathway

A dedicated referral page built specifically for support coordinators. Not a generic contact form. A clear process for referring participants by phone, email, or online form. Fast, simple, no friction.

This is the element most NDIS provider websites don’t have and should. It signals to coordinators that the provider is set up to receive referrals professionally. The Impact

Ozzy Support Mates went from a website that was costing them referrals to one that’s built to win them.

Coordinators across Southwest Sydney can now find them, verify what they deliver, and refer online without friction. Families can understand the services, check the coverage area, and know exactly how to get started. Compliance pages are live for auditors. Every page is built for how the NDIS referral ecosystem actually works.

Southwest Sydney has high NDIS participant density. Campbelltown, Bankstown, Fairfield, and the surrounding suburbs have dozens of providers competing for coordinator referrals. The providers who get found are the ones whose websites answer coordinator questions fastest. Ozzy Support Mates now has a site that does exactly that.
